RSS wing demands paddy bonus from Raman Singh govt

Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, the farmers’ wing of RSS, staged a protest against the BJP government in Chhattisgarh Thursday, demanding that the promise of a paddy bonus be fulfilled. The paddy bonus of Rs 300 per quintal was one of the promises of the BJP ahead of the 2013 polls. But, after the party came to power, the state government disbursed it for only one year.
