Delhi Police Special Cell Tuesday let off an Armyman and two others after questioning them over two days. Sources in the Special Cell said they had found nothing incriminating against them, but added that they had been told that they could be called again if the need arose.

The three men included a Company Havildar Major (who The Indian Express incorrectly reported as a Major on Tuesday). Sources said he was called for questioning after police received information about his alleged connection with Babbar Khalsa International member Jagtar Singh Hawara.

The two others were relatives of Hawara, said sources in the Delhi Police. All information collected from the trio has been handed over to the Army.
