Actor and BJP MP Paresh Rawal had a run-in with a pesky fan Monday night at Mumbai airport. Rawal had just stepped out of the airport and was busy talking over the phone when a fan tried to click a selfie with the actor without his knowledge or consent. Evidently irritated at this intrusion, Rawal forcibly pushed away the fan and walked off in a huff.
An eye-witness present at the airport said, “Paresh was standing alone for a long time after exiting the airport. He appeared serious and was perhaps looking for his driver. He was constantly talking over the phone. In this melee, a man tried to click a selfie with him without asking. Paresh was certainly not pleased and pushed him away.”
Actors being hounded by fans at airport is not new. While some oblige their request for selfies, others quietly walk away with their security entourage taking care that their masters are not disturbed. Recently, Akshay Kumar’s bodyguard was caught on camera punching a fan while the latter was trying to click a selfie with Kumar.
