Mufti responsible for all intolerance in J&K: Omar Abdullah

Former J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said apprehensions about the entry of the BJP and the RSS into Jammu and Kashmir proving dangerous had been proved correct as he blamed Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed for the “rising intolerance” in the state.

“I believe that Mufti sahab is responsible for all the incidents of intolerance in the state,” Omar told reporters after paying tributes to his grandfather and National Conference founder Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah on his 11th birth anniversary.

“We had apprehensions that the entry of BJP and RSS in the state would be a dangerous step and unfortunately our apprehensions have been proved right”.
