The Gujarat High Court on Tuesday granted 10-day interim bail to Jayesh Madanlal Jinger alias Babbar. He was sentenced to life imprisonment by the special court earlier this year in the Gulberg Society massacre case. The court granted him relief on health grounds. Jinger is said to be suffering from tuberculosis and being treated at civil hospital in Ahmedabad. The court, however, rejected pleas of four other convicts.
