
Gangster Sandeep Gadoli, who was carrying a reward of Rs 1.25 lakh on his head, was killed in an encounter with Gurgaon Crime unit on Sunday morning in Mumbai.
A team of Gurgaon city crime branch had come in search of Gadoli, an accused in a murder case, who was residing in a hotel in Andheri East. When the police team entered his room, there was cross firing between the accused and police team.
Gadoli was admitted to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Two policemen were also injured in the incident.
Gadoli was wanted in several cases by the Gurgaon police. He had 40 cases registered against him.
