Sonu Nigam’s impromptu in-flight performance on a Jet Airways flight may have made a lot of people happy, but the authorities reportedly weren’t amused.
Jet Airways issued a statement on Twitter saying it suspended all cabin crew of a flight and is enforcing corrective measures and disciplinary actions. Though the tweet doesn’t state what incident spurred this, reports allege that the misuse of the in-flight announcement system by the playback singer is responsible for this.

The singer was on a flight from Jodhpur to Mumbai when fellow passengers asked him to perform. The artist obliged and soon videos of Nigam singing ‘Do pal ka khwabon ka karvaan” from Veer Zaara and “Panchhi nadiya” from Refugee over the flight’s intercom for his fellow passengers went viral on social media.
