Demanding the resignation of Punjab Agriculture Minister Tota Singh for the alleged pesticide scam and farmer suicides, the AAP organised statewide protests Tuesday.

Punjab co-convenor of AAP Durgesh Pathak said, “While the peasantry and industry of Punjab is dying and people are being tortured by police and Akali leaders, Congress and Akali Dal are busy holding rallies.” He said the people of Punjab are observing both parties and a will give them a befitting reply in the polls.
