530 Sikh pilgrims issued visas to visit Pakistan for Raja Rajit Singh death anniversary

India has issued the visas from June 21 to 30 for Sikh pilgrims, like every year, to gather in Lahore at the mausoleum of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

At least 530 Sikh pilgrims were issued visa for Pakistan to attend an event to mark the death anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh in the eastern city of Lahore.

As per 1974 bilateral protocol between Islamabad and New Delhi, Pakistan High Commission in India has issued the visas from June 21 to 30, a statement said.
