INDIA bloc to seek discussion on NEET in both Houses today
Speaking to The Indian Express after the meeting, Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya, said, “The main issue discussed there was that we will seek a discussion on the NEET issue on Friday in the Parliament.”

PTI A meeting of the INDIA bloc floor leaders was held at Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s residence to discuss the Opposition’s strategy for the forthcoming sessions of the Lok Sabha, with sources saying that the Opposition is set to raise the demand for a discussion on the NEET-UG examination row on Friday.
“We will raise a demand to hold a discussion on the NEET-paper leaks issue in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha through adjournment motions on Friday. Then, on Monday we will hold a protest outside the Parliament building against the misuse of CBI-ED and other central agencies for targeting Opposition leaders, and arresting elected representatives. These two things were the main takeaways from the meeting,” said a senior leader who was part of the meeting.
