Govt orders probe after video shows Kerala firm employee made to ‘crawl like a dog’
According to the police, the incident occurred at Keltra, a marketing firm at Perumbavoor, Ernakulam district. The firm’s owner was previously arrested in a sexual assault case.
Station House Officer Rajesh M K said the video was recorded around six months ago by a former employee.

The video, which appeared in social media and TV channels, drew outrage, causing Labour minister V Sivankutty to order a probe. Describing the incident as “shocking and disturbing”, the minister said: “Such a heinous thing should not have happened in Kerala,” he told the media. “I have ordered a probe into the incident and instructed the district Labour officer to submit a report in connection with the incident after carrying out a probe.”
