Safdarjung Hospital students allege bias in conduct of exam

A group of under-graduate medical students of Safdarjung Hospital and its associated Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College,have written to the Director General Health Services,alleging caste discrimination in the conduct of examination and evaluation.

A group of under-graduate medical students of Safdarjung Hospital and its associated Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College(VMMMC),have written to the Director General Health Services(DGHS),alleging caste discrimination in the conduct of examination and evaluation.

About 25 students from the batch of 2004-09,had been failing their physiology exam — in the main and supplementary attempts — though they have passed in all other papers. The students who had approached the High Court in December 2010, alleged that authorities have repeatedly violated court guidelines.
