A Delhi court on Tuesday dismissed the bail plea of former BSP MP’s son Ashish Pandey who is accused of brandishing a gun on October 14 at Delhi’s Hyatt Regency hotel.
Special Judge Suni Rana dismissed the bail application of Pandey, who was sent to 14-day judicial custody by the court on Monday till November 5. Pandey has been booked for assault and under various sections of the Arms Act.
A Delhi court last week had also rejected Pandey’s bail plea following his one-day custodial interrogation.

Pandey had earlier surrendered before the court on October 18 after a Delhi court issued a non-bailable warrant against him.
The video of the incident in which Pandey was caught brandishing the firearm and threatening a man and a woman following an argument at the R K Puram hotel had gone viral on social media.
