The Karnataka High Court on Friday adjourned to November 28 petitions seeking cancellation of bail to family members of former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa,arraigned as accused in graft cases.
When the petitions filed by advocate Sirajin Basha seeking cancellation of bail to B Y Raghavendra,B Y Vijayendra (Yeddyurappa’s sons) and son-in-law,Sohan Kumar in two cases came up,Justice B V Pinto adjourned it to November 28.
The judge also extended hearing on related petitions seeking relaxation of bail conditions by Yeddyurappa’s sons and son-in-law to November 28.
Justice Pinto had granted a two-weeks stay when the petitions came up for hearing last month.
The Lokayukta court had granted conditional bail to Raghavendra,Vijayendra and Sohan Kumar in cases relating to alleged irregularities in denotifying land in which Yeddyurappa is the main accused.
