(File Photo) The Congress’s social media outreach across the city for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will focus on a complete “recall of significant decadal events” in the Capital — from the alleged apathy of BJP MPs towards the citizens during the Covid-19 pandemic to the condition of ‘model villages’ adopted by them — said sources.
According to sources, the campaign — which would have content, especially videos, from the ground and testimonials from Delhi’s residents — will seek to generate traction and raise hackles around the BJP’s strategy of replacing faces in successive polls.
In addition to several visits to assess the state of civic amenities across the city, Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena has recently launched the ‘Dilli Gramoday Abhiyan’, which seeks to qualitatively transform the state of the city’s countryside.
