November Bank Holiday 2025 List: Bank holidays in India are designated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), following the Negotiable Instruments Act, RTGS holidays, and a selection of regional and national observances.
Additionally, there are the obligatory weekly days off on the second and fourth Saturdays, as well as Sundays.
Several bank holidays are scheduled for November to mark notable observances like Guru Nanak Jayanti, Kartik Purnima, and the Bihar Legislative Assembly General Election, among others.
There are a total of 11 bank holidays that have been scheduled for November 2025, according to the RBI’s calendar for the fiscal year 2025.
Bank branches across Indian cities may close on these holidays, disrupting customer transactions and services. Customers should check the holiday calendar and plan their visits accordingly.
