The family of Hemraj Banjade said they will approach the Supreme Court against the Allahabad HC verdict. “It is a shocking decision. Hemraj’s wife and children are poor and living in a decrepit condition. Their only hope is for justice. His wife and children have been hoping that the case will finally get closure. The Supreme Court is what we look to now,” said Naresh Yadav, the lawyer who has been fighting the case for the family.
