Tahawwur Rana, a key conspirator in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks that left 166 people dead, is arriving in New Delhi from the US on Thursday (April 10).

A former Pakistani military doctor, Rana had allegedly helped David Headley obtain business visas to travel to India in 2006. Headley went on to identify and surveil potential targets in Mumbai for the Lashkar–e-Taiba. He is currently serving a 35-year sentence in the US.
