Lollapalooza Returns To India In January 2024
Purchase exclusive pre-sale tickets on August 23 and 25, with general sale beginning on August 27
Earlier this year, Lollapalooza brought a diverse lineup of artists and music genres to India on its maiden outing in the country in Mumbai, with pre and post parties making their way to major cities. And in 2024, the festival will return to India for its second edition here at the Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai, on January 27 and 28.
Among notable names, the 2023 edition saw Imagine Dragons, band Cigarettes After Sex, AP Dhillon and producer Diplo headline the event. And the next edition, as the announcement proclaims, will be “twice as epic,” as is being spearheaded by BookMyShow Live.

Who will headline the 2024 edition is yet to be revealed but the organisers have announced that there will be an exclusive pre-sale for those who use RuPay credit cards beginning on August 23 and another pre-sale for BookMyShow users and festival loyalists on August 25. General ticket sales for Lollapalooza begin on August 27. Ticket prices for general admission start at ₹6,999, Lolla Lounge tickets are ₹14,999, and NEXA Lounge tickets are priced at ₹44,999.

The overwhelming response and incomparable avalanche of emotions that streamed amongst a thriving crowd in the inaugural edition, makes this announcement of a second edition of Lollapalooza India 2024 even more special for us,” Owen Roncon, chief of business, live entertainment, BookMyShow said in a statement.
Other editions of Lollapalooza include stops at Berlin (September 9th and 10th, 2023), Chile and Argentina (March 15th to 17th, 2024) and Brazil (March 22nd to 24th).
