Tollywood star Nandamuri Balakrishna is again making headlines for all the wrong reasons. He was again caught on camera displaying his infamous ill-temperament while leading the campaign for his party Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Anantpur district of Andhra Pradesh.
Looks like he has developed a natural response of slapping fans who dare to go near him in a public place. The TV channels playing the visuals of the latest incident show, a fan hurriedly trying to get past Balakrishna and in turn, accidentally brushes against him, triggering the Telugu star to land a quick slap on his face.
After assaulting his fans, Ballaya continued with his door-to-door election campaign. According to reports, while none of them made a big fuss about the incident, a few party members thought that the actor-turned-politician’s bad temperament could affect the party’s public image.
It is worth noting that it is the third time he was seen beating up a fan in public in about two months. In August, when he was in Nandyal for the upcoming bypoll campaign, he slapped an over-excited fan who tried to take a selfie with him. Earlier that month, he was seen hitting his assistant on the sets of his upcoming film while ordering him to remove his footwears.
On the work front, Nandamuri Balakrishna is shooting for his 102nd film, which is directed by KS Ravikumar. The film went on the floors earlier this month at Ramaoji Film City in Hyderabad. This is Ravikumar’s maiden project with Ballaya and it is bankrolled by C Kalyan. Nayanthara has been roped in to play the female lead, while Prakash Raj and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in important roles.
