Ram Charan-Upasana Konidela make first appearance with newborn daughter, thank fans for blessings

“I want to thanks our media friends, well-wishers, and fans. As you all know, the baby was born on the morning of June 20. Both the baby girl and Upasana are recovering well and will be going home today. I’m immensely grateful to Dr. Sumana, Dr. Uma, Dr. Latha, Dr. Subbareddy, Anita Indrasena, Tejaswi, and the entire team at Apollo for their exceptional care. We consider ourselves fortunate. Upasana and the baby girl are both in good health without any complications. I no longer have any fears as we have such wonderful doctors. I’m also deeply touched by the wishes and prayers from our fans. Your blessings will always be with our baby. I’m overwhelmed with this joyous moment. Your blessings and wishes will continue to be with our baby girl. While I may not be well-versed in traditions, Upasana and I have already chosen a name for the baby. I will share the name with you soon. The entire family is filled with happiness. Our baby will be just like me,” Ram Charan said.

This is the first appearance of the couple after becoming parents. Ram and Upasana welcomed their daughter during the wee hours of Tuesday. The announcement of the latest addition to the mega family was done by Ram’s father and superstar Chiranjeevi through social media.

Chiranjeevi posted, “Welcome Little Mega Princess !! You have spread cheer among the Mega Family of millions on your arrival as much as you have made the blessed parents @AlwaysRamCharan & @upasanakonidela and us grandparents, Happy and Proud!!.”

Later addressing the media, Chiranjeevi said the whole family is immensely happy to welcome the newborn. He said, “The baby girl was born at 1:49 am on Tuesday. Our entire family is overjoyed. This occasion holds immense significance for us as we had been wishing for Ram Charan and Upasana to become parents for many years. On this special occasion, I would like to express gratitude to everyone who has shown support and sent wishes. We are delighted to welcome our granddaughter, especially on our favorite day, Tuesday. It is believed that the baby girl was born during auspicious hours, and her horoscope is also remarkable. We can see the positive impact on our family right from the start. Charan’s career growth and Varun’s engagement, everything is going well in our family,” he said.

Ever since the arrival of the little one, many celebrities from the Telugu film industry have visited the new parents in the hospital. Visuals of Allu Arjun, Allu Sneha Reddy, Allu Aravind, Varun Tej, Niharika Konidela amongst others have been surfacing ever since.
