There are countless benefits of being the Megastar. One of them is to be able to watch the most-awaited films before anyone else. Chiranjeevi watched the unedited version of his star son Ram Charan’s upcoming film Rangasthalam and expressed his happiness about the way the film has come out. He saw the film along with ace-filmmaker SS Rajamouli among others, who also were reportedly impressed with the visual presentation of the film.
Rangasthalam is set in the period of 1985 and it is billed as a revenge drama. The shooting is going on in full swing as there only a few scenes and four songs remaining to be shot. Ram Charan will be sporting a bearded look in the film, where he reportedly plays a villager. The filmmakers had promised that Ram will be seen in an entirely new avatar in this film.
Rangasthalam will be wrapped up by end of January and the filmmakers said it will be ready for the release in March next year. The majority of the film is being shot across Godavari belt.
The film, which is helmed by director Sukumar, stars actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the female lead.
Rangasthalam is also expected to have a strong romantic track due to Sukumar’s expertise in delivering romantic blockbusters.
After finishing Rangasthalam, Ram Charan will start shooting for director Koratala Siva’s next. He is also co-producing the untitled flick for his home production banner Konidela Production Company.
