Raman gives a speech at Pihu’s school and acknowledges his family by thanking them. Alia calls Ishita and asks for help as Mihir is bleeding badly, after he was attacked by some goons who left him injured when he was on his way to a meeting. Ishita calls Alia but her phone is unreachable. She gets tensed. Shagun wants to click a photo with Raman and Pihu, but Ruhi stops her.
Ishita calls the nearest hospital to Alia and Mihir’s location. Alia decides not to wait for the ambulance as she takes Mihir on an empty cart by dragging it all the way to the hospital. Everyone in the Bhalla family is happy about Raman’s win and they leave for dinner.
Alia reaches the hospital and asks the doctors to admit Mihir. Doctor says that Mihir is in a critical condition and he needs to get operated.
Mihika is seen conversing with her Akka, when Romi interrupts and enters the Iyyer house. Mihika taunts Romi and says there is no romance left between them.
Doctor says that Mihir needs an operation. Hearing this Alia begins to cry and she is asked by the doctors to inform the family as soon as possible. Ishita reaches the hospital and sees Alia losing her control, as she is scared. Ishita consoles Alia.
Everyone in the family reaches the restaurant. Aadi shows a gift for Alia to Raman and asks whether he likes it or not. Raman suggests Aadi to call Alia and ask about her whereabouts. Alia loses her mind and asks the nurse that why can’t she donate blood to Mihir. Ishita tries to control her but claims that she loves Mihir and she can’t leave him until and unless he gets well. She accepts her love for Mihir in front of Ishita, listening to which Ishita gets shocked and asks Alia if she realizes what she is saying. To which Alia replies promptly that she is in love with Mihir.
Mani gets tensed as she tries Alia’s number, which is unreachable. Aadi tries to call Alia, but Ruhi tells him that Alia and Mihir has met with some accident. Aadi leaves to meet Alia.
