Ehsaan Faramosh’s plot

The TV show explores the themes of love, friendship, betrayal, and revenge in a contemporary setup. It also plays around the power dynamics between people and how that can affect the decisions they make in life. As per the official description by Ary Digital, the show wants to touch upon the fact that envy could be one’s biggest enemy. “Sometimes you find what you always wanted, but you don’t realize its worth…Until you lose it…But love finds its way to heart; If it’s true to itself…,” the synopsis reads.

The show focuses on Falaq (Momina Iqbal), who has been brought up by her father’s boss’ family. Beautiful and smart, she soon gets the attention of a rich businessman Kabeer (Humayun Ashraf). As the two get married, she tries to break his home wanting to rule over the family. She plays a number of tricks to create differences between Kabeer and his sister-in-law. She also takes up a modeling offer, which further creates issues in her marital life. The two finally divorce with Falaq accusing him of domestic violence. She also decides to bring him and his business down.

On the other hand, Nawal (Mashal Khan), a sweet and simple girl was in a relationship with Hamza (Salman Saeed), the boy of her dreams. However, as he goes to work overseas, the two part ways. However, five years later, they come face to face again and face their own set of challenges. As Falaq comes back home, Nawal faces a dilemma as her foster sister not only takes control of her house but also her life. She also decides to get closer to Hamza and further creates differences between him and Nawal.

Falaq manages to get married to Hamza and starts a new life, while leaving her daughter behind at Kabeer’s house. While they start a life together, his family is against the match as they know Falaq’s real side. Her decision leaves Nawal heartbroken and she calls her out in front of Hamza but all in vain. She claims that one would pay for their deed in this life, and Falaq’s true side will come to fore in front of everyone. Later Kabeer’s sister-in-law suggests he gets married to Nawal so that their daughter has a mother figure in her life. As of now, Nawal is yet to accept the match, and only time will tell what happens in this intertwined relationships.
