Kapil Sharma, who is all set to make a comeback on Television with his new comedy show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, shot the first episode of his brand new show with Shah Rukh Khan as his first guest in New Delhi on April 11. This episode will be aired on April 23 at 9pm on Sony TV.
Kapil Sharma’s fans, who came to see the show and SRK in large numbers, burst into applauds and cheers when Kapil made an entry through the crowd greeting his fans all the way to the stage.
Kapil Sharma, who is also known for his singing talent, took the mic in his hands and sang a song in his voice that enthralled the audience sitting inside the Indira Gandhi indoor stadium.
Kapil Sharma was joined by his colleagues Sumona Chakraborty, Kiku Sharda, Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar.
The only thing which did not look changed at all was former cricketer and BJP leader Navjot Singh Sidhu, who will appear as a permanent guest on this show as well. He was joined at the venue by BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur.
The enthusiasm among the audience went to a different level when Shah Rukh made his entry and started pulling Kapil’s leg.
Shah Rukh, who appeared on the show for the promotion of his new film “Fan”, even had a funny chat with the audience along with Kapil wherein the duo took a dig at the Odd-Even rule in Delhi.
It was followed by small acts of other actors. While Ali appeared as a courtesan asking Shah Rukh for a kiss, Kiku came in as the courtesan’s husband and a nawab, and Sunil was seen as a women Haryanvi police officer.
During the show, Shah Rukh even shared some of his childhood memories and talked about his love life with his wife Gauri Khan.
The biggest moment of the night was when Sunil changed his getup on stage and appeared as Gaurav, Shah Rukh’s character from “Fan”. He started dancing on the song “Jabra Fan” and was joined by Shah Rukh and the audience. (With IANS Inputs)
