Not everyone gets so lucky as Priyank Sharma. The 25-year-old Delhi boy who was evicted from Bigg Boss 11 for getting violent with a fellow inmate will soon enter the show as a wild card. His fans, who have been pleading to the makers to get him back, can finally heave a sigh of relief. Priyank himself had wanted to get this opportunity, as he really believed he had in him to win the show. Speaking exclusively to indianexpress.com, the youth icon said, “I am really excited and happy to go back in the house. Diwali has become more special for me. And as I had told you in the earlier interview, the journey was left incomplete. Now is the time to go back and do my best and complete it.”
While he was out Priyank confessed that he has watched the episodes but he added that it was difficult to judge people in an hour of aired content. “From the time I came out quite a lot of equations have changed, there’s a new relationship that has been built. But sadly, there are few people like Akash Dadlani and Puneesh Sharma, who seem to have not changed a bit. It’s sad that they are still going personal and using people’s past as a means of mockery. Though I haven’t strategized or planned my moves I will continue to take a stand and fight for the right. Also I want to make Akash and Puneesh realise that they are wrong,” he shared.
With Akash and his temper being the cause of his unceremonious exit, we asked if he wants to take that risk or play safe. Laughingly Priyank replied, “I will be really careful and neither touch anyone or let anyone come close to me. On a serious note, I cannot stop being myself and thus I will take a stand and fight with people when they are wrong. I will not hold myself back but as advised by Salman bhai, I will definitely play smart this time.”
Since the time of the launch of the show, rumours have been rife about Vikas Gupta and Priyank Sharma being in a relationship. Though the reality star has denied it, we asked if at all his bond would change with Vikas after he goes inside the house. “Not at all. A lot of people do not realise that it is just a game show that will get over in a few months. But my relationship and friendship is for a lifetime. Vikas is like my brother and he will always be. Vikas, Benafsha (Soonawala) and Hina (Khan) have been my friends and I will stick to them,” he quipped.
While wild cards in any show have minimum chances of winning the show, Priyank is confident of making it to the top. The young boy said, “I guess you can sense the excitement in my voice. I am raring to go and perform in the show. After Roadies Rising and Splitsvilla 10, my body is prepared to take up challenges and I want to impress the inmates and audience with my will and skills in all the coming tasks. I am sure that will take me ahead and I have my loving fans to support me throughout.”
Lastly when asked if he has decided anything special to tell any of the housemates, he replied with a smile, “Not really, I just want to meet all of them soon.”
Priyank along with Dhinchak Pooja will enter the Bigg Boss house this weekend.
