“I understand how my character must feel for his daughter Karishma. I have two very lovely daughters and I will go to any extent to make their dreams come true. As for Shastri Sisters, I have known Neelu Kohli, Sudhaji, Rajesh Jais and Girish Sahdev from long back. It is a pleasure to work with them together,” Sharma said in a statement.

‘Shastri Sisters’, a daily soap on Colors, revolves around the life of four siblings as they make their journey from Kanpur to Delhi with new dreams and aspirations.
