The actor will play the lead role in SAB TV’s new venture Partners. The comedian who has made his mark in the world of humour will be seen playing a double role for this show. While Johny has been part of reality shows on TV, this would be his first attempt in the fictional world. Partners will also bring Kiku Sharda back to fiction after his successful stint in The Kapil Sharma Show. The serial will also star Vipul Roy, Kishwer Merchantt, Shweta Gulati, Ashwini Kalsekar and Asrani.

While one will use his physical strength to deal with criminals, the other would use his wit and intelligence. Kishwer and Shweta have been paired opposite Vipul and Kiku respectively. An excited Kishwer Merchantt also took to Twitter to share a video announcing about her new show.

The show is helmed by popular writer-director Paritosh Painter and will launch in the first week of November. The first look of Partners will be revealed tonight.
