Bigg Boss 11 has not only become a hot topic on the small screen but also in the digital world. Wanting to cash in on its success, Voot has launched a new show Bigg Boss Ka Bigg Buzz that is hosted by Bigg Boss 9 contestant Priya Malik and Sahil Khattar. The show has the two discussing the episodes and also getting few guests to share their take. Talking more about it, Priya, in an exclusive chat with shared, “It is basically based on the buzz that happens outside the house. We will be bringing in the opinions and perspective of the ex-contestants and the real judge of Bigg Boss – the Indian audience. Along with that we will be bringing in our personal analysis. I will add a bit of my personality and being an ex-contestant, I will have a lot to say.”

When asked what she feels about the current season, she said, “Oh what a show it has turned out to be. It’s like the relationship that started with a bang (laughs). But honestly, it has really created so much buzz and this year, the makers have chosen a variety of contestants that has added value. Above all, the choice of the celebs has been amazing. They are the ones who are not scared of showing their real self and not hiding behind their characters. It’s a refreshing change and I am really enjoying it.”

Priya though has her own set of fears as she quipped, “I think that after a while their energies will wear off and I am quite scared about that. Soon the contestants will get into a mind zone of saturation. Thankfully, we have an intelligent set of creatives, who know when to add that required twist. So once things hits a lull, they will call in an exciting wild card to shake up things. Something that happened during my season; me and Rishabh (Sinha) went on to add so much drama.”

Choosing her favourite out of the lot, Priya said, “Opinions change every day but if I have to name one, it’s definitely Vikas Gupta. I have also started liking Shilpa but Vikas has an edge.”

Answering our query on what helps build an interesting personality on Bigg Boss, she said, “More than your presence, you have to make your absence felt. I think that’s the most important thing. Even when I was a wild card I was not afraid and showed by good, bad and ugly side. That made me popular among masses and they still remember me and my performance.”

Lastly, we asked Priya if Bigg Boss actually helps build careers. Smilingly she said, “Reality shows will either make you or break you. It’s a very short-lived fame and you should know what you want to do with it. I am one of the lucky ones who utilized the opportunity. I have been continuously employed post my stint in the show, even when I was new in the industry. And it all happened because I had the aim and I made my presence felt in the show, in a good way. You can’t be like Swami Om and then expect that someone will offer you the role of a hero.”
