‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai’ shooting stalled for three hours for Govinda

Govinda falls ill on sets of popular TV show, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain.

Govinda was on the sets of Bhabiji Ghar pe Hain for the promotion of his upcoming movie, Aa Gaya Hero.

The 52-year-old-actor Govinda suddenly fell ill when he visited the sets of TV show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai to promote his upcoming movie Aa Gaya Hero.

Starting this Saturday, the audience will get to see a new chapter in &TV’s popular show. The show, which has been extended one more day, is called “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai Shaniwar Special” and will see popular actors from Bollywood visit the sets.

After one scene, the shoot was stalled for three hours for Govinda. But post the break, Govinda completed his shoot and even spent some extra time with the producer, director and the entire cast on the sets of the show. The show stars Aashif Sheikh, Saumya Tandon, Shubhangi Atre and Rohitash Gaud.

“Govinda ji had a fever and he was a little unwell hence he decided to take some rest and have some food, post which he started shooting again. The break went a little longer than expected but everyone was patient and we finished the shoot smoothly,” said a source from the show’s set.

Govinda was last seen on the silver screen in 2014 in Holiday, Kill Dill and Happy Ending. But, the three movies failed to pour in good numbers at the box office. Now, it is being speculated that the actor will share the screen with Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in their upcoming rom-com, Jagga Jasoos.
