Ajay Devgn reveals losing eyesight for 2-3 months after suffering injury on Singham Again set: ‘I had a little surgery’

On the latest Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Singham Again actor Ajay Devgn told Salman Khan about his accident due to which he lost his vision.

On Bigg Boss 18's latest episode, Ajay Devgn also opened up about an eye injury he suffered while shooting for Singham Again.

Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty joined Salman Khan on Bigg Boss 18’s latest episode of Weekend Ka Vaar. This collaboration between Singham and Chulbul Pandey became a moment to witness for the viewers. Ajay Devgn also opened up about an eye injury he suffered while shooting for Singham Again.

During a conversation, Salman asked Ajay if he got injured during this film. He asked, “Aankh pe jo chot lagi thi, yahi pe lagi thi kya (Did your eye get injured during this film)?” Rohit confirmed that it was this film only.

Explaining what happened, Salman shared, “Ajay showed me a shot. There was a mistiming, a person came to beat him with a stick, and his timing was off. So it straight hit him in the eye.”

Later, Ajay also opened up about his eye surgery. He said, “Do-teen mahine toh vision chali gayi thi (I lost my vision for two-three months). I went through a little surgery also.”

Further, Salman said that while doing action, accidents like these do happen. Ajay added to this that it has become easier now for the younger actors.
The two actors also discussed how they performed action sequences without any cable and CGI.

Reportedly, Salman will also be having a special appearance in Singham Again. The film also stars, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and others in important roles. The Rohit Shetty directorial is slated to release on 1st November.
