In a major decision, PMO appoints Siddharth Sehgal, Intelligence Bureau Chief as the new ATU chief, replacing Shivani Mallik. Interestingly, Siddharth Sehgal happens to be Shivani Mallik’s ex-husband.
Another shock comes in here – Veer Singh Rathore, Jai Singh Rathore’s son has been inducted into IB today and Sehgal has chosen him for his team that is to look out for Jai and Roshan Serchan. Sehgal wants to use Veer’s hatred for his father Jai.
Sehgal, who is well aware of the fact that someone within ATU is of great assistance to Jai and Roshan, takes charge of the case.
Meanwhile, Saleem is caught and the ambulance is located. Sehgal orders to extract every possible information about Jai and Roshan Serchan’s plan from Saleem, the driver. Also, RAF intensifies the search for the two escapees.
On other hand, Gyan tells Mihir that Zaara has left for hospital as she was unwell. Later, Mihir, to his surprise, discovers that Zaara was held hostage by Gyan who was the one helping Jai and Roshan from within ATU. Sehgal is intimated about Gyan’s doing and orders given for his arrest.
Shivani leaves for ATU after PM’s permission as the second-officer-in-command. She is no more ATU chief.
Roshan along with Jai is on his way to meet Haroon, but is filled with grudges and hatred for Jai and narrates his ‘painful’ saga at the jail to his goons. He also fights with Jai for the same reason.
Here, Maya tells her father about her love for Jai and assures him that the former will save the two from Haroon. Naina Singhania tells Aditya that his girlfriend, Devyani Bhoumik, is cheating on him. She says she chanced upon Devyani’s private conversation with another man. Aditya knows his mother and calls up Devyani, telling her not to be affected by whatever his mother did and to keep her distance.
Sehgal wants to interrogate Kiran regarding this case. Veer is sent to the hospital to search for Kiran, not knowing that she has been charged with kidnapping Inder’s daughter and police are already searching for her.
