Rashmika Mandanna on Monday hosted an Ask My Anything session titled #RushHour on Twitter and answered fans’ questions. Like always, Vijay fans were quick to ask about her experience of working with the actor in Varisu. One fan asked, “Pls share any funny moment that happened in varisu set.”
Rashmika revealed that she was made fun of by both Vijay and director Vamshi on the sets of Varisu. She said, “When I would pass out on the sofas in the set and Vamsi sir would take pictures and go and show it to Vijay sir and they would make fun of me (sic).”

Rashmika Mandanna played the role of Divya in Varisu, and her part in the film was criticised for being inconsequential as she was used majorly for the song sequences and a few comedy scenes, which had no impact on the narrative of the film.
Rashmika, who once was about to bid adieu to her acting career and tie the knot with Rakshit Shetty, chose to pursue her passion and has now turned out to be one of the most sought-after female actors in the country. Lately, she has been part of high-profile projects such as Sarileru Neekevvaru, Pushpa and Varisu, and has two big projects in her kitty namely, Animal and Pushpa 2.
