Gautham Menon directorial Enai Noki Paayum Thota (ENPT), which got postponed multiple times, will finally hit the screens on November 29. Announcing the release date of the Dhanush-starrer on Twitter, the filmmaker further thanked educationist and producer Dr Ishari K Ganesh of Vels Films International for “helping him realising his vision”.
Gautham had also mentioned the much-awaited spy thriller Dhruva Natchathiram, starring Vikram in the lead, “is heading towards the release.”
Meanwhile, Gautham Menon will direct Joshua: Imaipol Kaaka with Varun, nephew of Ishari K Ganesh, who was last seen in Puppy. According to sources, the film will release for Valentine’s Day, next year. Reports suggest that it is the same script that Gautham had written for Thalapathy Vijay, but was titled Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru (the project that never took off). Google the name, you can find related pictures.
Gautham has worked so far only with big actors including Kamal Haasan, Ajith, Suriya and Simbu. Now, we need to wait and watch how Joshua: Imaipol Kaaka turns out.

Sources say Joshua’s teaser will be tagged along with Enai Noki Paayum Thota in theaters.
In the other news, young director Karthick Naren has taken on Gautham Menon on Twitter once again. He posted, “Some clarity on when Naragasooran is going to see the light of the day will be really helpful, sir. Yes, the film is very very close to my heart.”
Both Gautham Menon and Karthick Naren had an ugly spat online months ago when the latter had blamed the former regarding the release of Naragasooran.
On May 26, 2018, Karthick had tweeted, “Sometimes a misplaced trust may kill you. People should think twice before taking it for a ride. The last thing you want to see is your passion getting butchered from all directions for a mistake you did not commit. Threshold!”
Gautham, taking a dig at Karthick, had eventually responded, “grow a pair”, to which Karthick replied, “While everybody advised against it I had the pair to trust you and collaborate. In return we were treated like trash and made to invest on our own. I think it’s better to whine and confront instead of running away. Please don’t do this to any other young filmmaker, sir. It hurts!”
Gautham, initially, was on board as the producer for Naragasooran. Now, it looks like the project has been handed over to his associate Badri Kasturi.
Naragasooran stars Arvind Swami, Shriya Saran, Sundeep Kishan and Indrajith Sukumaran in the lead roles.
Karthick Naren, who made an impressive debut with Dhuruvangal 16, is currently awaiting the release of Mafia, starring Arun Vijay in the lead, besides Nadaga Medai.
