Director Vishal Pandya, who received acclaim for his debut film, Hate Story 2 is back with the third installment of the film. Hate Story 3 will see actor Sharman Joshi and reportedly Zarine Khan (she is yet to be finalised).

The director says that while the story is still to be locked and may take a couple of days, the tentative date to go on floors is April end. Bhushan Kumar of T-Series returns as the producer with the sequel, but all the actors will be new. “We are working on the details of each character ,” says Pandya for whom the success of Hate Story 2 has definitely set a benchmark.

A few days ago, Sharman going nude for a scene in the film made news. “Yeah. He will be doing it, but we are still in the process of finalising how to shoot the scene,” says Pandya. In fact, Sharman in a press note said, “We all enjoy erotica privately so what’s wrong if one is doing it in a film made for mass consumption.

We’re planning to do stuff which hasn’t been attempted in this genre before. If the script requires me to go butt naked, I am willing to drop my pants. I believe if erotica is shot aesthetically, it can be sexy.”
