Poshter Boyz, that released on August 1, has been receiving rave reviews from all over Maharashtra for its unique concept. However, actor-turned-producer Shreyas Talpade was perturbed when he learnt that pirated DVDs of the film were being sold. Hence he recently lodged an FIR to stop the sale of pirated DVDs of his Marathi production venture. He was accompanied by producers Jeetendra Thackeray and Ameya Khopkar of Lai Bhaari.
Shreyas said, “When Thackeray and Khopkar got to know that the pirated DVDs of their film and Poshter Boyz was out in the market, they informed me and we decided to take action against it.” They were assured that the police would hold raids and confiscate the DVDs.
