City tours during film promotions have become very common these days. While it has its disadvantages with the actors falling ill or getting gheraoed or hurt by fans, there are some perks as well. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ajay Devgn would vouch for that. The actors, who were in Ahmedabad recently for the promotions of Singham Returns, enjoyed a Gujarati thali for lunch. Incidentally, they seemed to have forgone their strict diet and binged on some sumptuous local delicacies like dhokla, khandvi, faafda, dahi kadi, farsan, shrikhand and puri.
Son shine
When Singham released, its signature line Ata majhi satakli, it caught was on by both the young and old. And now for the sequel of the film, Singham Returns, the line has been turned into the lyrics of a song, featuring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Yo Yo Honey Singh. And the one person who keeps humming the song is Ajay’s little son Yug. He is also heard saying Mala raag yeto aahe (I’m getting angry) which is part of the song.
While the four-year-old seems to have taken a liking for the songs of his father’s films, it won’t be long before he starts enjoying and trying to perform the stunts that his famous dad performs in films too!
