A three-day film festival, from May 25 to 27, was held at Ravindra Natya Mandir at Mumbai’s Prabhadevi. 12 films were showcased, out of which four films were screened each day in the presence of eminent personalities from the Marathi film industry.
The films were Timepass, Duniyadari, Rege, Aajcha Divas Majha, Sat Na Gat, Fandry, Yellow, Samarthya, 72 Miles Ek Pravas, Zapatlela 2, Bhakarkadi 7 Km and Prem Mhanje Prem Mhanje Prem Asate.
Of t the eight films selected, they will once again be screened at the International Marathi Film Festival (IMFF) that will be held from June 20 to 24 in Mauritius. The best work in each category will be awarded at an event to be held there. Shardul Creations and R.R. Group Presentations are in charge of the event that will be held on a big scale for the first time.
