Legendary actor Dilip Kumar, who turned 92 on December 11, was discharged from Lilavati hospital where he was admitted last week for a chest infection. He was greeted by many fans who had come to inquire about his health and wish him on his birthday as he stepped out of the hospital. The actor was admitted to the hospital on December 6 after he complained of cold and breathlessness. He was later diagnosed with bronchopneumonia.
A civil court in Mumbai said it would file a suit on December 17 against Aamir Khan, seeking a ban on the release of his upcoming film PK on
the ground of obscenity. The film’s publicity poster, showing Khan in the buff on railway tracks, is “obscene and vulgar,” says the plaintiff Hemant Patil who wants removal of `objectionable’ scenes from the film and a ban on the poster.
