Varun Dhawan looked quite excited and energetic during the series of promotional events for his recently-released film, Main Tera Hero, last week. At the launch of a special apparel collection of the film, the actor enthusiastically told the media that he had great fun acting opposite Anupam Kapoor in the film. While the actor went ahead and kept showering his share of praises, everyone around was taken aback as they realised that Dhawan mixed up Anupam Kher’s name and instead, referred to him as Kapoor. “Oh no, did I just call him Anupam Kapoor? Damn, now you all know I haven’t slept since ages. Blame it on these series of multi-city promotional tours! Sorry Anupam sir,” stated Dhawan, who continued praising Kher, who plays his father in the film.

Fitness first

Ileana D’Cruz, who has so far in her Bollywood career worked with top teenage heartthrobs like Ranbir Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor, recently admitted that she finds her Main Tera Hero co-star, Varun Dhawan fittest of the lot. “I honestly believe that Varun has the perfect eight-pack abs and has maintained his physique really well. Since I am a fitness freak myself, I have an eye for other fit people. He is certainly fitter than Ranbir and Shahid,” stated D’Cruz. When quizzed about her own fitness regime, the actress stated that she does not follow unnecessary diet fads and believes in keeping a healthy lifestyle. “I have four-pack abs myself,” quipped D’Cruz.

No politics!

With the elections mania going on, it’s natural that it also becomes a topic of discussion among actors. While many actors have even shown interest in joining politics, Sunny Deol has no such intentions, and just wants people to vote for the right person. “I don’t know who’s the right person for leading the country, and I’m not supporting any political party, but what I do know is we need a change, so people should make the right choice. As far as my inclination towards politics is concerned, I’m an actor, and I get to do what I want, and that’s how I would like it to be,” explains Sunny. But wouldn’t his dhai kilo ka haath make an impact even in the political scenario, if he ever planned to take the plunge?
