Ayushmann Khurrana, who has already sung popular songs such as Pani da rang and Mitti di khusboo, has now composed and sung a popular Mirza Galib ghazal titled Dil-enadaan for Hawaizaada. He has also composed for the film. According to the actor, there are two versions of the song, “One is a ghazal version, while the other is a more contemporary one. It’s been great to sing and compose, and
having additional talent is always a plus point.”
Hawaizaada, which also stars Pallavi Sharda and Mithun Chakraborty in prominent roles, is based on the life of scientist Shivkar Bapuji Talpade who invented India’s first unmanned aircraft.
Directed by Vibhu Puri and produced by Reliance Entertainment, the film is slated to release on January 30, 2015.
