Eros International Media Ltd. will co-produce Shivaay along with Ajay Devgn Films. Helmed by Devgn, the film will star debutante Sayesha, grand niece of yesteryear star Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar. An action entertainer, the film will go on the floors in January next year and will be released world wide on January 23, 2016.
