Sudheer Babu in Telugu remake of ‘Mundasupatti’

Actor Sudheer Babu, who is basking on the success of “Baaghi”, will next be seen in the yet-untitled Telugu remake of 2014 Tamil comedy “Mundasupatti”.

“Sudheer has been finalised as the lead in the remake. He’s most likely to start working on this project next. The rest of the cast and crew including the director are yet to be finalised,” a source close to the actor told IANS.

According to the source, this project will be an out-and-out comedy, and it’ll be set in a fictional village in the 1980s.

The regular shooting is expected to start from June or July.

Upon completion of this project, Sudheer will start working on a Telugu biopic on Badminton champion P. Gopichand.

“Praveen Sattaru will direct the biopic. This project will take off towards the end of the year,” the source added.
