Actress Shruti Haasan has clarified that she won’t groove to any special song in upcoming Tamil romantic-drama “Idhu Namma Aalu”, contrary to some reports.

Actress Shruti Haasan has clarified that she won’t groove to any special song in upcoming Tamil romantic-drama “Idhu Namma Aalu”, contrary to some reports.

“Shruti was approached and has sung a song last year for the film ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’. She will however not feature in the song. She has not even been approached to do a special song nor would she consider doing it,” Shruti’s spokesperson said in a statement. (Read: Shruti Haasan to play Kamal’s daughter in new Tamil film)

The film, which is directed by Pandiraj, features Simbu and Nayanthara in the lead roles.

In Tamil, Shruti currently has Suriya’s “S3” in her kitty.
