Actor Leonardo DiCaprio always seems to deliver memorable moments during award shows, whether he wins or not. He has been again making the rounds of all the events this awards season, with the Paul Thomas Anderson movie One Battle After Another. However, during the Golden Globes, Leonardo made headlines for something completely different. The actor was seen having an animated conversation at his table, and his co-star Teyana Taylor has finally revealed what she and Leo were actually talking about — and it is surprising.

Teyana took home the Best Supporting Actress award for her role in One Battle After Another, and the actor has been on cloud nine ever since. Talking to Access Hollywood about the night, Teyana also addressed the conversation she had with Leo, which has now gone viral. She revealed that the two were in fact talking about the show KPop Demon Hunters, and that Leo was just laughing about something that eludes her memory.

She said, “He was talking to me, and the crazy part about it is, I’m so blacked out from that day that I want to say we may have been talking about KPop Demon Hunters. Because I was so happy when they won, because my kids love KPop Demon Hunters. So, I was over there just jamming, and I think he just caught me jamming, and we started talking about it.”

Teyana added, “But I just don’t remember what he was saying; I don’t even think I really heard what he was saying. I was probably just laughing and kiki-ing back and had no clue what he was saying.”

For the unversed, KPop Demon Hunters is the hit Netflix movie that has taken over the world ever since it was released back in June 2025. It’s about a K-pop band who also moonlight as protectors of the world from an ever-looming supernatural danger. Directed by Chris Appelhans and Maggie Kang, the voice cast of K-Pop Demon Hunters includes Arden Cho, May Hong, Ji-Young Yoo, Ahn Hyo-Seop, Ken Jeong, and Lee Byung-hun.
