Kim Kardashian reveals brain aneurysm diagnosis, cites relationship with Kanye West and stress as reasons

Television star Kim Kardashian has announced that she has been diagnosed with an unruptured brain aneurysm, and it has likely been caused by stress during her relationship with ex-husband Kanye West, who now goes by Ye. The fans of the television show The Kardashians found this news in the teaser for the seventh season of the show.

In the teaser for the show, Kim can be heard saying, “There is, like, this little aneurysm,” with Kourtney responding to the news with “Whoa.” There is footage where Kim is claiming that stress is the reason for this health scare, and she can also be seen going through a brain scan. In the first episode of the show, Kim admitted that her relationship with Kanye West affected her health negatively, even saying that she felt like she had Stockholm Syndrome while being with him. She also said that her cirrhosis used to flare up when she was with him.

According to the information provided in the actual episode, doctors discovered the aneurysm during a routine MRI. An unruptured brain aneurysm has essentially no symptoms, and it is a bulge in an artery wall.

According to Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a source cited by the New York Times, this kind of aneurysm is quite common, and one in every 50 people has this condition. It’s completely possible that Kim’s aneurysm can be monitored and managed without treatment, but that too shall depend on factors like the size of the aneurysm and the location.
