Both Aishwarya and Eva had a ball posing for the photogs on Sunday (May 17), when they graced the Cannes red carpet together at the screening of Hollywood film, ‘Carol’. The Bollywood actress and the former ‘Desperate Housewives’ ignored the Cannes no-selfie rule and got together for a picture.

Talking of her co-ambassador, Aishwarya Rai reminisced about the time they spent together at the film gala.

“Eva and I became friends in Cannes, L’Oréal Paris brought us together. Cannes is the queen of all festivals and there is an incredible surge of energy that thrives here,” Aishwarya, 41, said in a statement.
