A rumour about Avengers 4, the hotly anticipated culmination of the Thanos arc of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), says the first trailer for the movie will be out in November. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige recently said that the trailer should debut “before the end of the year.”
The rumour comes from Russian social media site vk.com, which has a trailer music profile. The post also said that the trailer will be set to a new rendition Twelve Titans Music’s song “Dust and Light”. The song was used in the trailer for the final film of Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit trilogy, The Battle of the Five Armies. The post also says the film’s title, which still has not been revealed, is Avengers: Annihilation. Annihilation is currently at the top of “most likely titles of Avengers 4” lists swirling around the internet.

Avengers 4 does not arrive until May next year, and the speculation about its possible plot is already at an all-time high. Thanos, the Big Bad of the MCU, ended half the universe’s life in Avengers: Infinity War in his Malthusian quest to restore balance by eliminating the extra load on universe’s resources.
Thanos is expected to be brought down by the remaining Avengers, who will get a boost from Captain Marvel’s arrival. The dead superheroes are also expected to be revived, somehow, if indeed they are dead and not transported to the realm inside the Soul Stone. Many old characters are expected to make brief cameos. The veteran Avengers, the old guard made up of Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Thor, and so on, will likely leave the MCU after Avengers 4, since the actors’ contracts expire with the film.
Avengers 4 releases on May 3, 2019.
