Whenever Bollywood choreographer Caesar Gonsalves of the famed Bosco-Caesar duo is short of ideas,he plays a tune to his three-year-old son to seek inspiration for new dance moves.

“Sometimes I copy steps from my son. I observe him closely and even record his body movements to get ideas,” Ceasar said.

Citing the latest example,Caesar said that they were recently in Spain to shoot for a music video where he played a tune to his son.

“I liked his moves and so recorded it on my phone. Later while shooting I used the same jumping and bending moves in my dance,” said Caesar, who has choreographed more than 350 songs for music videos and won a national award for ‘Zindagi Na

Milegi Dobara’.

“My son’s moves are sometimes very interesting because they are simple and innocent,” he said. The choreographer duo have tied up with Dollar Industries to launch a premier Bollywood dance academy named ‘Bosco Caesar Dance Company’ in Kolkata.

“Given the city’s passion for dancing,I had decided that after Mumbai,Kolkata would be the second city where we will set up our academy,” Caesar said.

Boasting of well-groomed trainers, the two centres in the city will offer courses in various styles of dance for people of all ages.

“After this,we will open branches at other cities of eastern India before expanding to the south,” he said.
