Country singer Taylor Swift has found a new shoulder to cry on as actor Chace Crawford offered her advice after the Kanye West fiasco.
The actor spotted the country singer at the ‘Kings of Leon’ concert in New York on Monday night and dashed to her side to give her a hug,Us magazine reported online.
The ‘Gossip Girl’ actor was reportedly upset by the incident at the MTV Video Music Awards when Swift’s acceptance speech was interrupted by the rapper,who went on to say that Beyonce Knowles deserved the trophy.
“He said,’I’m so proud of you. Don’t let anyone ever take your spotlight ever again.’ Chace is like an older brother type and is very protective of her,” a source close to the singer told the magazine.

Insiders insisted that there’s nothing but friendship going on between the couple,although Swift did once confess the Crawford was her dream prom date.
